the heart of the historical town of Añasco, in the western part
of Puerto Rico, there is a cozy and pleasant restaurant that invites to
enjoy the gastronomic delights prepared by its main chef and owner Roberto
Rivera González. The valley and the bordering mountains of this
beautiful town, where Spaniards and Taínos led a page of our history,
surround the streets of the municipality where the Capriccio Ristorante
is located. Capriccio opened its doors to the public in May of 1998 and
since then it has turned into a viable source at the time of selecting
a good restaurant.
 Capriccio is one of few restaurants in the western region of Puerto Rico that specializes
in Italian and international cuisine, as well as exotic meat cuts and poultry.
The menu includes a wide array of first-class quality meat cuts of up to
32 ounces, “for those who are meat lovers”. It is Capriccio’s desire to
ensure that its customers find no limits when it comes to enjoying one
of life’s pleasures, good dining. One of the most popular dishes is our
Pine Nut Kernel of Lobster and Shrimp. Our wine list contains exquisite
wines from the best wine regions of the world.
